Cup 4 Cup Mix Pizza Crust

I bought it because the ingredient list on the cup4cup webpage didn't list yeast as a necessary ingredient and they don't show the back of the package. My son can't have yeast so i was super excited and ordered 10 packs (because then it is a lot cheaper). When I received it I could read on the back of the package that it needs yeast (which is included). Tastes fine, I just can't give it to my son :(. Make sure you roll it out super-thin if you want a thin crust because it does rise quite a bit.

I watch Lena Kwak, co-founder of Cup 4 Cup with Williams Sonoma as advertisers on You Tube and I decide to buy the pizza mix and make it.Ms. Kwak said that this pizza crust mix is forgiving when shaping it for a pizza crust. I found it to be very hard that I had to put it in my bread maker on dough/pasta program. It was not malleable. The taste wasn't great and the dough came out like a cracker.
