Not a matte eye liner.
The media could not be loaded. Packaging is sleek, easy to hold, and has a sturdy felt tip. This is not a matte eyeliner and hence this will flake off after a certain period of time. You cannot wash it off with a just a facewash. You will need a good makeup remover. People who don't like the look & feel of glossy eyeliner can stay away from this. If you know of a good matte eyeliner with INR 500, please do let me know.Have attached a clip to capture the degree of gloss the ink has.The biggest drawback it is not water resistant, have attached a picture of what happens if you don't open umbrella right before it starts drizzling. Yes, drizzling!

Amazing product
It is as good as those expensive pen liners, great application and it looks the same even after 4 -5 hours. I have oily eyelids and sweat prone skin but this worked well with my skin. Very dark and affordable. Go for it. The price is at least an excuse to give it a try.
