Evanlak DVI edid Emulator passthrough,(Monitor Without Having My Desktop rearrange) Display Emulator use with KVM Switches/Video splittersand Extenders -2560X1600@60Hz

Now this may sound stupid and obvious to a lot of people, but being stupid myself I ordered the first EDID Emulator of all the options on this particular product which turned out to be a HDMI EDID 1080 - 1P. You need to scroll across the options and select the HDMI EDID 4K - 1P.Works perfectly, HP 25mx monitor 120hz on COD etc.. switch performance mode on, turn hdr off, have the resolution set at automatic, then when you unplug the hdmi and connect this emulator and plug it back in you get black screen.. press X down down down X to select 1080p (blind) and it should burst back to life.At this point it still showed 60hz on my screen and video information on the ps5, but after I loaded vanguard the option was there in graphics settings to switch to 120hz, and after I did my screen and video information on ps5 now shows 120hz.Happy gaming!

everytine my PC went to sleep it would lose the screen layout and mess up windows sizes and positions, not to mention re-arrange my desktop. This little gadget fixes the issue

if you are in a spending mood, buy it. the same thing as a dummy plug with the extra option to connect, disconnect, turn on/off a 4K display and the pc will not detect any change.for anyone that wants a plain short answer:it's a dummy plug with an extra port to connect a display and it has all the regular resolutions up to 4K (if you buy the 4K). i had asked this as a question and i never got this simple one sentence answer.(if you do not know what is a dummy plug and it does, google it)

I bought this to allow AnyDesk to connect to my media server when the screen is off as AnyDesk has problems with headless systems. This didn't fix the issue.Also only passes 2.1 sound, not 5.1, so useless for watching movies.

Ok it’s not spec’d for ultra wide but hoped it would work as I have a KVM that won’t allow me to get in to the bios, my screen is 3440 x 1440 @100Hz.

Solved a problem with a Samsung hospitality television and a Logitech teams kit losing video after it had been to sleep.

This device just saved me paying 2k for a new TV. I bought a 7900 XTX and when trying to display on my 4k 3D TV I got this weird vertical half screen issue where it would only display half a screen, even with 3D mode disabled. Tried this and bingo all working fine only issue I am having is setting games to fullscreen causing it to go strange so for now until I look into it further I'm using borderless fullscreen but it's better than nothing.

They work like a charm so far.

This is the winner, it forces my linux server to boot at 1920x1080 and that is compatible with the IP-KVM we use.

These do not work. Displays work for a second or two then go black as if they are searching for signal. This happens over and over constantly.*** update ***These do actually work! However they need to be plugged into the device you are sending the signal to, not your computer. Originally I had it plugged into the computer and that’s why it would not work.

Lo compré para poder usar mi switch con el mClassic y el 4k gamer pro. Al no aceptar mi tele resolución de 2K (sólo acepta 1080p y 4k), este dispositivo pasa la salida de 2k del mClassic a 1080p, y de esta manera el 4k gamer pro, trabaja cogiendo la resolución 1080p y la escala a 4k. De esta forma pude hacer funcionar este combo.Cumple y consigo el objetivo propuesto con estos 2 dispositivos.Contento.
