Protori Eyewear Case – Fits Sunglasses and Safety Glasses – Carabiner Hook and Belt Loop (Black)

I'm disappointed in this product for a number of reasons. First, it's *very* soft. No expectations of it being bulletproof, but any type of force (i.e. weight of a backpack) puts your eyewear at risk of damage. Second, the zipper is really, really cheap. Even when the case is attached via the carabiner, it's not possible to open and close the case one-handed. Finally, the loop to which the carabiner is attached? It broke on day three. This product simply isn't up to routine and fairly gentle use.Positives? I like the interior. The strap to keep your glasses in place is a nice touch, as is the netted pocket on the other side (although the pocket is too large and the elastic is too loose to hold a small microfiber cloth).I really wanted to like this case. I bought it because my Civilian POD has a ridiculously cumbersome proprietary carabiner that makes it difficult to attach and remove the case...and which also causes it to "jam" on the shoulder strap of my backpack.Strikeout. I'd only recommend this for extremely light duty, where you don't want to attach it to anything, and you're not concerned with protection from most routine activities.

I've been looking for a case like this for a while now. I got this case for my Wiley X shooting glasses because the case that came with the Wiley X safety glasses was too soft and I was afraid it would get crushed if I threw it in my backpack. The case is pretty durable, I throw it in my backpack with a million other things. It's hard but has some give to it, which is good if you want to attach it to your belt and if it drops it won't rattle the glasses inside. The carabiner is convenient because I can clip it to my gun case or backpack. The case also has a net mesh which I use to carry extra frames, cleaning cloth and other things that I may want to bring. I'm buying another one to use for my oakley sunglasses. Overall great value.

I bought this case for my 6 year old who just started wearing glasses. He has managed to break one case, and the zipper off of another one :(- BOYS! So I have bought this case. Its excellent. Both durable and prevents his glasses for getting messed up (which is amazing!). He is able to keep this case in his book bag and I don't worry about his glasses being touched or ruined. I also love the inside which has different compartments that ensure your glasses don't move...they even fit the smaller glasses for his young face. I would definitely recommend this product!

Looks cool, has a lot of space and nice dividers, but mine fell apart after light use over six months. At firstI used it to hold my sunglasses, but it was too bulky for my use, and the loop holding the carabiner broke off. I then switched back to a Hazard4 offering for my sunglasses. Then used this to hold a iPad and iPhone charger, and a couple of cords, which I barely used, and the zipper came undone at one end and allowed the zipper pulls to slide right off. Had to use a knife to get it open, to get my stuff out, so I could throw the darn thing away.

Worked great from June end of month to first part of September...THEN the clip came off a few days later one of two zippers came off in another few days the last zipper came off. The last zipper came off as I finished zipping it shut. I was left with my glasses inside which were a bit difficult to get out. The case was never abused, I wore it slipped on my belt most of the time rarely used the clip. It never was up under any unusual stress.

This case is nice. It's hard but it can still be crushed if you get careless and sit on it or something. I got it to protect my sunglasses while working and kept them clipped to my tool bag. Even being tossed around and carried around the shop, it was around heavy and sharp tools this case protected my glasses. It has plenty of room for other things as well. Nice simple case.

Great product. Large enough to hold not only your glasses but a pen also. Would work great for keeping reading glasses in addition to other glasses/shades. The zipper mechanism is better than a snap/spring loaded close because it lasts longer.Only con: it is a little too large. It takes up a lot of space in a briefcase.

Took this on a trip to Japan & Vietnam recently and survived the baggage handler abuse, my abuse, and never lost site of this well made eyeglass case. There's plenty of room for glass wipes,etc to boot. It was hard find a case with the right amount of protection + ability to hang off your back pack,etc.
