Product is faulty. The person at the other end is unable to hear when he/she speaks to someone on this phone. Beetel toll free customer service number does not work

The phone is good and even the sound quality is good and compared to the price its a little bit expensive but ok.Why i am saying expensive is there is not much worth parts in the phone everything plastic.
