I find most cough drops to be ineffective and taste vile. Not these! These seem to help control coughs and the original herb flavor actually tastes pretty good without being cloying sweet. They have a vintage quality to them. The square shape of the drop is interesting (and takes some getting used to), but that's how you know it's medicine and not candy!

Original Ricola Cough Drops are still about the best on the market. Flavor is delicious and they're soothing and pretty good value. You can't do better than Ricola Original Drops.

We love ricola! Shape and flavor has changed from years ago, but we still love them! Mild, pleasant flavor. Great to keep on hand for when coughs come up. All individually wrapped.

These are great cough drops and lasts a long time. The flavor is good. I keep it in my purse in case of a coughing attack from my allergies. They are fairly large for a cough drop.

I love Ricola! There's just something about these cough drops that is so much more natural and soothing than other brands. I have to confess that I have a dislike for strong, mentholated cough drops. They hurt my stomach and just taste too harsh. Ricola doesn't have any of these problems. It just tastes good of natural flavors that aren't harsh but are soothing.I had an old bag around the house but they'd gotten kind of funky due to their age. I've been fortunate and not needed them for years. So I gave those a pitch and bought some new ones and they really are helpful and have a heavenly taste. Sure, the cough is annoying, I won't say it isn't but Ricola gives me relief and doesn't cause more problems that it solves.

This is going to be a weird review... I love Ricola. Not because I'm sick, but just the fusion of honey and mint, I swear buy it, and this is the cheapest place to get it. I run out and buy at walgreens (or dollar tree if there's one near) but here you get the whole she-bang. Enough to last me a couple months. I have maybe one a day.
