Pros: This stuff really works, gets you the caffeine you need to feel energized but doesn't make you jittery or nauseous. Gives you some pretty solid pumps as well.Cons: the Beta Alanine in this will hit you hard with a rush that's stronger than other pre workouts I've taken. It's a bit overwhelming when deadlifting. Definitely recommend staying at the recommended dose (which is a tiny little scoop).Overall would buy again.

I take pre workouts very often. This was Decent for the price and does not give you that itchy feeling, or the irritated stomach, but it doesnt really give you a surge of energy like the pre workouts I like.

made me sick
I bought this because of all the good reviews and it was cheaper.. bad idea.This stuff made me sick. I felt like I was going to puke about an hour after taking it (making me have to leave the gym early). It also made my husband and his friend sick. It also doesn't mix nearly as well as other pre workouts I have taken. I will be throwing away more than half of this product, such a waste.

If yoj like caffeine
I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, it's my fault I didn't read the label before buying but the caffeine is way too strong in this product. I get the jitters way too bad

Just recently tried this product but loving it so far. Have tried assault, kraze v2, and cellucor c4 with creatine nitrate. Cellucor was next to the best but felt to jittery after taking it. Kraz4d will now be my go to preworkout supplement

Been using this product for 3 weeks now. Excellent gives me that boust I need after working an 8 hour night at work and 2 hours drive time. I drink it 30 minutes before work out and 20 minutes into my work out I get that kick I need to continue thru. I've been using other products and this one works the best and the price and taste is great.
