I absolutely love this product. I have been having problems with sleeping for years now and waking up at night a lot, up to 10 times.I have also tried many products and found that either they dont work or make me feel groggy the next day for good portion of the day. I also gave up on looking for product at some point, untill I was recommended the pills by friend. Since I started talking cosmic calm, I sleep much better and wake up less and even if I do wake up at night I still get a good portion of deep restful sleep and wake up refreshed the next day. I'm using smart watch to measure quality of sleep and it surley confirms that I get more hours of deep sleep often even if I sleep standard hours or shorter. In fact she night I got shorter hours with one of the best records of deep and REM sleep which is what we are all after.It took me a bit to find a doesethat works best for me - 2 tablets, and it's worth noting that it is mentioned in the leaflet.As it has magnesium it also helped with restless legs syndrome which often goes hand-in-hand with sleeplessness for those whose slepping issues are connected to stress, nervousness or anxiety. Magnesium is thought to aid relief of the symdrom which I can attest to.Lastly, i also love the fact that they are all natural as I take care of my health and I always look for holistic approach to my heath issues.The only down I would mention is the price as at nearly £18 a bottle for someone who uses 3 tablets a day it would be a monthly cost and in household of 2 or 3 adults it would be a noticeable cost although I recently learnt that they are small company therefore I am happy to support specialy now when the times are getting harder and harder.Also, as any person who suffers from sleeplessness will know: when tiredness reaches a point when nothing seems to work and tiredness and frustration reached limits one reaches a stage when they will do just about anything to get good nite slepp and at this stage price does not matter.I will surley be buying again!!!

Tried this product after many years of broken sleep and feeling run down and tired the next day.It particularly appealed to me being a new product and herbal based. I have tried over the counter medications in the past,but found that have left my feeling "hungover" and with "brain fog" on waking.I found with Cosmic Calm that it gave me a deeper sleep and I felt refreshed on waking afterwards.With a very reasonable price for a few months supply it was a win win for me.It works well for me,I hope it can do the same for many others

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before placing a review so that my feedback could be balanced and weighted over a two week period. I’m afraid the tablets have not improved sleep quality whatsoever. I’m a light sleeper and struggle to get to sleep so I had hoped the tablets would help. I looked around and whilst these tablets are a little more expensive than some of its competitors, I had hoped the premium would be worth it - sadly not. I was going to give a 2 star review as they are well packaged, good instructions and good supply. However, they have not had any effect on my sleep and as I’ve paid more than I could have done had I gone to a competitor, sadly that moves the rating down to 1 star. I’m very disappointed in the product.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and I've noticed some positive small impacts. While my sleeping pattern of waking in the night has only diminished slightly, I have noticed a substantial increase in energy levels during the day time. This has been progressing more and more as the usage continues. It’s worth trying out.

These tablets are absolutely BRILLIANT! I don’t know how I ever slept without them. I’m all for natural and not medicated and this not only has natural ingredients it also has magnesium and 5htp which I learnt about last year. They clearly know their stuff inventing this product - I take these tablets when I “know” I won’t sleep. If you’re someone who struggles with sleep, you’ll know what I mean. I can get anxiety and worry about stupid things but this product allows me to sleep soundly and keeps me asleep - if I do wake up for the baby or a wee, I can easily go back to sleep. If u don’t take this, I can’t. I absolutely love this product and I hope it never stops production as there’s nothing else like it. I also have inspirikos “love thy gut” which I make a milkshake with every morning. I feel so much better and I have more energy and I’ve now, after 3 months of taking Cosmic Calm, been able to have the energy to walk to work and I’ve lost a stone! I feel so much better. Suffer from insomnia in the last year - tried various of herbal solutions but nothing really worked for the long term. Read the good reviews about this product and decided to try. Though it does help me to fall a sleep easily and to keep my sleep- barely woke up- and slept deeply - in the morning, I wake up very tired and not satisfied from my sleep, brain feel very cloudy . Plus I trained a lot and felt in the last week it affected my performance. For me it didn't work. I will continue my search.

I have already received my free bottle, the little leaflet in the box offers one and its not a gimmick!Wonderful customer service from a small company. I am up to 3 pills per night at the moment after a few weeks of taking these ( i have a lot going on) the sleep quality is definitely much better and for longer periods. I find it hard to switch my brain off and am very restless most nights. Can't really say I feel groggy the morning after either which is the norm for some sleep aids. I have compared the ingredients to similar products i have used in the past and there is a significant difference in the dose of the main ingredients. Definitely would recommend.
