EZ Pro DJ Turntable

I purchased this turntable for my 6 year old nephew. When I tried to download the EzPro DJ app on both Google Play and the Apple App Store, I couldn't find it. When I called Jakks customer service, the rep said the app is no longer available. Only on older systems. She said I would need to downgrade to a 7.2 or older on apple or 4.0 or older on android systems. I'm not even sure if this is possible! SHe said the company chose not to upgrade the app to keep up with the constant upgrades to systems. If this is the case, then why continue to sell a useless product????? She said I was welcome to try to use it with another app if I could find one that works! this is the last time I will purchase a product from Jakks! I contacted Amazon and let them know about this problem and suggested they remove this defunct product, it's truly misleading and nothing more than a huge paperweight! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

I should have listen to all the comments that wasn't satisfied with the product. EZ pro DJ is horrible. I use it on my Samsung galaxy note2 and the music was popping like crazy, it wasn't fun. The waste of my $18.00 dollars. So found an app name edging and let me tell you.......I'm having a blast with this. Why I have not seen this first. I love this better then Jakks DJ toy. For this app I paid $8 or 9 dollars for it and I'm having a blast. So yes folks.......stay away from the EZ pro DJ Turntable. Do not be suckered into buying this product. Please take our word for it. Got get an app call Edjing......it's the best.

It states on the Amazon product page AND ON THE PRODUCT BOX itself that it is compatible with Android. I downloaded the 'free app' for android and all it says is, "Coming Soon" and indicates it works with iOS right now. I called the company and their only reply is that they are still waiting on the developer to get it finished for Android and they aren't sure when that will be! Why claim something works and try to sell it when it isn't working at all yet?!?! If it isn't working in the next few days, I will have to return it.

It was difficult trying to figure out how to use it and what to do. After doing what I tried I was able to play around with it, but so many of the features weren't working and downloading music or connecting it was complicated.

I guess for the price I shouldn't have expected more. Its a toy. My 8 yo can listen to 2 songs at once and the mixer blends them but he can't really "scratch" the music or do much else with it. You have to download the app to do anything. Its ok.

I bought this just as Apple came out with OIS 8.0. It worked with the old system but when I updated it all worked except the sound. I called the company and they said they would check it out and get back to me but they have not done so.

This thing is junk. I read the reviews before I ordered it but they basically said they didn't like it because it didn't support Android. I gave this to my son for Christmas and he was excited, but it hardly puts out any sound at all through the speakers on it. His iPod connects easily so we didn't have any issues using it except that we can't hear what he's mixing!! He is extremely disappointed in this and hasn't touched it since Christmas morning!

Looks cute but doesn't work well. Software needed to be updated.
