I bought these for my granddaughters, I tool the wood burning stuff made a cute design and stuck a box of crayons in it for them to color. Great trinket box for your Littles.

They are the perfect size for my needs. I have spent the last few days drawing out designs and starting to paint them. They take the paint beautifully, I probably should have applied a base coat of primer first, but it's not hurting the project any.the small magnets are well placed and decently strong. I don't think these boxes will open on their own...unless I drop them from a high enough height to probably damage them. I am really happy.

These are nice little wooden boxes, I have purchased the square boxes and have some cool ideas for these rectangle boxes. This particular order came in wore out bubble wrap with a shipping label on it and 2 of the 4 boxes have damage. I also noticed that these have coarser sanding or milling marks but I sand my boxes so that is not an issue. Bottom line, I LIKE these boxes.I don't have time to ship them back as I already have one of the good ones sold. I will come up with some creative idea for the damaged ones. I am not sure who is responsible for wrapping but if I was the seller I would wrap them better.

This box is made of good solid wood. Before painting I sanded very little, other woods require a lot to smooth rough cuts. I would buy again.

Nice magnets that hold the lid closed

These boxes looked impressive before I painted them. I did not like the way the box took the paint. But even more disappointing, once painted the magnets were useless and the box stayed propped open. Junk! I would prefer a little box with a removable lid, but cannot find them. Therefore, I advise that you purchase a box with a clasp.

I bought these boxes as card holders to paint myself. One has a few cracks on top paint doesn't cover, another the holes the magnets go in are too deep so it doesn't like to stay shut. Overall, they are low-cost boxes that work for a simple purpose. Overall, good for a low-cost box but not high quality.

These boxes are great for projects and a total value. They are large enough to hold a variety of items, sturdy, and only needed light sanding on the edges.

The boxes are really cute, but needed a fair bit of sanding to get them smooth before painting. The magnetic closures were rubbish and I ended up buying some proper latches. The price was good, but the boxes needed a lot more work before I could decorate them, hence only 3 stars.
