RDB30SS Commercial 30 Hot Dog Roller Grill Cooker Machine With Guard

Great quality machine. It does the job and I don't see any difference between it and the far more expensive "pro" versions. We use it at a school for serving concessions for fundraisers. My only complaint is that the machine arrived dented, without any visible damage to the box, so I assume it left the manufacturer that way. The dents do not affect the functionality, and I did not want to go to the trouble of returning it (It's a heavy sucker, and odd sized, not to mention my nearest UPS store is an hour away, and my local post office is run by monkeys -- I don't return stuff by mail unless absolutely necessary).

Arrived damaged, worked great for two months and now makes a loud pop and trips the breaker so something inside is shorting out.Was nice while it worked.

This Roller Dog is outstanding. Makes great dogs on the grill and can cook fast or slow depending on your needs. Grand-children love it.

We bought this in July 2020 and used it 3 times since. We got it out over the Holidays and plugged it in and the motor or gears started grinding, making the most irritating noise. For only being used 3 times, it should of lasted longer.

Excellent product. I have rented commercial ones in the past and this one is as good as those.This product is great for outdoor party's...no more slaving over a hot grill! We keep it full and run theRoller Dog all day...everyone loves the way this machine cooks the hot dogs. It's been a big hit!

Died within a month of use in a small snack bar at a private pool. Contacted company and they sent me a new motor.

If I could give a lower rating I would, unit broke less than 30 days after receipt. We are in process of trying to determine how to return and replace. Not very satisfied.Rick JohnsonGeneral Manager
