This butter crock is of good quality and not at all pricey. It in nice to have soft butter for morning toast or muffins. Theinstructions are simple and I think you won't be disappointed with this item. Don't pay attention to the negative reviewsit isn't as difficult as they make it out to be the only reason the butter would fall out is keeping it in too hot an area.

Stylish and functional,I made homemade butter from 1 pint of whipping cream, and this held most of it. There was probably about a tablespoon and a half that didn’t fit the only thing it tells you to add water up to a certain line on the bottom however, the butter touches the water, no matter how much I add Just didn’t add the water kept it in the refrigerator. It seemed to do fine. I would highly recommend this.

Looove this! I got the Khaki color... fits great in my gold, black and ivory kitchen granite countertops. Easy to use, a cube of butter just fits. I don't use the water option in it very often, doesn't seem to need it where we live. The size is great - doesn't take up much room on the counter.

This butter crock arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality is solid, and it seems like it would do the job well. Unfortunately, the “red” color leans way more orange than expected, so it didn’t match my kitchen and I ended up returning it.That said, if the color works for you, this seems like a great value. One note: I’ve seen some people mention mold issues with these, and I think I know why. The unglazed edge of the bell sits in the water, which might contribute to that. My old butter crock had a glazed edge, and I never had that problem. Too bad I lost it in the move!Still, this one is well designed overall—just be sure to keep an eye on the water and your color match!Like so many things—made in China.

This keeps butter fresh. The cat hasn’t figured out how to open it, so the butter doesn’t have tiny paw prints on it. What more could you ask for?

First one came and the lid was broken. I'm sure it was the delivery person's fault because the product come packed and wrapped pretty tightly. I was sent another the next day. Success! I love it! No more messy butter trays to mess with. This is so easy and less mess. I'm happy with it!

Thought this was a trendy item that wouldnt be suitable for us. It works so well, we dont know how we lived without it! Butter that's ready to spread on everything and it keeps the butter fresh too
