Cup4Cup Gluten Free Wholesome Vanilla Cake Mix, 1.3 Pound

These were a big hit with my gf friends! The flavor is great, the texture isn't as soft as a normal cake mix but it wasn't dry in the least. I actually prefer this to a regular cake mix--it seems much more nutritious. I wish the price were lower for families who have to use gf products on a regular basis but I was very happy to have something easy and delicious to serve them. I'll probably keep one on hand for just such occasions. I'm normally a "scratch" baker but hate having to buy all the gf components. I always keep the Cup4cup flour blend in my cupboard. Really great products.

My kids wouldn't eat these because they had whole flax seeds in the mix.

Made for a fairly dense cake, which we all prefer. Really tasty, and a breeze to make.
