Really Great Tuners!
I just put these tuners on my Cordolia classical guitar which had white tuners that were after 12 years, very sloppy and had lots of play.I was on the verge of getting another guitar and thought, "why not replace the tuners?"I am very glad I did. These tuners not only look great, they are great and make my tuning so easy. They are very smooth. They also give the guitar a new and very smart look.I had to drill 3 new holes on each side which was no problem. There are videos on youtube showing how to do this. It took me about 30 minutes total. The price was very fair and the delivery was within a couple days!I am very happy with the entire purchase and really enjoy my new looking guitar!Thank You Kent of Rosette Worldwide!

Rubner tuners - junk.
The individual tuners I got today for solid peghead by Rubner ($120.) were absolute junk compared to Waverlys ($140.) or even Rotomatics ($ 50). I only bought them because I was converting banjo pegs for guitar geared tuners and wanted something that had brass and ebony with a vintage look. There's a little bit of play in all of them (I tried tightening up all the screws to no avail) something I would expect from cheap stuff from China.

Easy to fit, easy to use.
What a great deal; these have made tuning so much more predictable. The test of a good tuner is that you can tune DOWN to a note. These will do that, and are very reasonably priced. The tuners are honestly priced: the basic mechanism stays the same, only the decoration adds cost, so even if you buy the cheapest, they work really well.

Some comments
There's a much larger variety of Rubner tuners available out there, look around online.Rubner tuners are like the old Hausers. From what I see on Rubner's website, and my experience with high level after-market tuners, they are excellent tuners, and probably the best buy for the money. However, please note that in the tuners shown here, the screw mounting holes are not centered between the rollers. This could have impact on installation regarding lining up with original screw holes. With my guitars, centered holes have enabled at least two original match ups, further enabling any new tuners to be mounted without additional holes initially, I can them try out the new tuners before completing the installation. If you're not concerned about things like that, then you will be satisfied with these tuners. Please also note that if the description does not specify the type of material used for the buttons, then they are plastic. That does not impact on the quality or performance of the tuner, it looks like they all have the same worm/gear configuration.
