This one is definitely recommended. The packaging itself in glass jar was impressive. This hing is costly but it is worth every penny. What people don't get is that ordinary hing available in the market is compounded with wheat flour and other additives, and hardly 15% of hing is mixed with them and thus they're cheaper. This one is nothing but pure Asafoetida and trust me when I say this that it's been well over 3 weeks that I'm using it abd hardly 10 crystals have been used so far. The trick is that u don't put the crystals in the curry rather put them in a glass bottle submerge in water and that will bring out the umami. I'm 100% buying this again for sure.

Great Aroma wali Hing
Typical Hathrasi Kazaki Hing. Great Aroma and taste. Cost is high but still I gave five stars due to flavour it imparts to curries and Dal. Good for digestion and even consumption of dal will not create bloating due to tadka of this Hing.

Very high purity and pure hing smell.If you use it hing fragrance remains in home for hoursBrand should further reduce the size of granules as being pure hing it is very difficult to grind / break at home .
