This bag has it all
I have a good laptop bag. It's well padded and secure. But, that's pretty much all it carries - my laptop, the power cord, and other small stuff.THIS BAG, however, carries so much more. I needed a bag that would fit and protect all my electronics, which includes a laptop (sometimes two), an iPad, iPhone, Kindle, cords, and a host of other stuff that I would otherwise have to keep in a separate bag. In fact, I also keep a small passport-type neck carrier in this bag, in case I need to go into a store or other place and don't want to carry all my gear.One criteria I was looking for in a bag was a separate laptop slot. This one has it. I was looking for a bag with lots of pockets and places to keep my other stuff, like my day-to-day carry items (wallet, papers, lunch, poncho, just to name a few items). This bag has enough pockets and room for everything. I was looking for a bag that would carry an external water bottle. This bag accommodates two water bottles. There are pockets that are obvious and pockets that are hidden. This bag has it all, and it doesn't feel like, or even look like I'm carrying a backpack filled for a hike in the woods. This bag makes sense. This bag has it all.The only thing that seems cheap is that stupid lock that they throw into the deal. I suppose it would deter someone from stealing something, but there are so many better locks that you can buy. The lock is really not a deal clincher. Having said that, this bag has the ability to be locked all over the place. Well constructed, good zippers (which I wasn't sure about at first), and it's comfortable to carry. And, its slim design definitely is a deal clincher. I'm amazed at how much stuff fits into this slim profile.Did I mention that this bag has it all? Oh yeah.....

Very nice and comfy but not very strong.
Very nice bag and seems very strong. Definitely recommend.Edited: I’m torn because I really love this bag but it’s actually not as strong as I thought. It started ripping after 5 weeks of use and I use it only 2 days a week when I go to class. I usually have my 11” MacBook Air, a notebook, wallet, keys and water bottle which is not very heavy. The seller is really nice though because they are offering a replacement but I haven’t seen anything else in this size that I like so I’ve been deciding if I should just take another one that I don’t like as much or take a refund.

Decent Backpack..!
It's a decent, well finished backpack with a lot of compartments. Perfectly suited for work/carrying laptop and stuff. The thickness of the bag reduces significantly at the top due to the slanting cover. This makes it slim and stylish at the cost of space. Some of the zips are troubling at times. The straps are well cousioned and comfortable. Overall it's a good purchase..!

I like it but my stuff is wet
The bag is very lightweight and is very comfortable and it feels fairly sturdy but I'm not impressed by the water resistance. I was out in the rain and when I arrived at my destination my things were dry, but as my bag sat it soaked through the outer, the padding and the lining. Because it gets in the (very generous) padding, it actually retains water for longer than I expect. Got my notebooks, papers and my laptop (in the laptop compartment) was wet, though I think that was only on the surface. It's still a great bag, but try not to get caught in the rain.

Very streamlined. Lots of pockets that are actually of good size to keep me organized. Its comfortable to wear, although I have to say if they made it with women specific shoulder straps it would be 'even better.

Great Size, Not Bulky, poor quality
***Update - this backpack is coming apart at the seams after just a few months of using it a few times/week. It's a great backpack design, but that doesn't matter if the quality isn't there. Too bad :-( and too late for a return.***My husband bought this for travel. He liked that it is not large and bulky. Lots of organizational features with a slim and professional design.

Great backpack for business travelers
Great backpack for business travelers...slim profile, good padding for laptop. Only down side are the zipper pulls which tend to get awkwardly jammed becuase of the design (over size oval shaped connection to zipper).
