out of the three bottles of vinegar i received, two were already nearing their best-by date. one was leaking too. i know vinegar does not go bad, but at the price i pay, i would like to have them at the best quality possible. aside from that issue, they taste great in my sushi rice, vinegarettes, and sauces, and are my only trusted brand for rice vinegar.
