For beginners, its really good, steady and sturdy, you can use both inside house and outsideon rough surface or damp premises. Approx 5 feet not more.You get a decent pouch to carry around but one bolt was a bit loose else all good.One simple advice, having used several tripod stands, if you are willing to spend 500 please do spend 300 more and it will prove its worth as this one is durable.

I was looking for a basic tripod to hold my phone for some astrophotography and I was tight on budget so I went with this one. Its comes with a carry bag and a phone holder so its convenient and useful. Talking about sturdiness, the legs are great. Although the legs seem too light for a tripod, the rubber grips will hold them tight in one place. What made me give this 3 stars is the mount, It's pathetic for the following reasons:1)The detachable disc/plate does not fit well, it wobbles a lot.2)You cannot remove the screw from the plate3) If you loosen the nuts too much, they just fall off from the tripod and the part detaches4) The height increasing rod on my tripod has a portion of its gear plate broken making me unable to increase height besides the leg extension.I don't mean too say this is a bad product but its just what you get for this price range. My advice would be to stretch ₹100-₹200 more and invest in a good tripod/buy offline after checking or if at all budget is your concern then not a bad product for the price you are paying

I bought this stand for 690/-. So far, I've only used it with my mobile, & it serves the purpose. No technical issues, though it does need some getting used to. It's pretty well priced in terms of quality of material used. Would definitely recommend this product.
