Excellent product and quick delivery

The original formula was excellent and I bought several tubes over time. After I received my recent order in June 2018 I contacted the seller because the product was not up to snuff. I learned that the formula had been changed in Dec. 2017. The new formula smudges within an hour of application, and is harder to remove. Btw, I'm using the same skin care and make up remover, so the only difference is the new formula. I'm very disappointed, and wonder why manufacturers change a successful product from good to bad. On the hunt again for a good, natural mascara.

Like another reviewer, I really, really wanted to love this product. And, it just does not stay on my lashes for $^%*. It's actually the worst mascara I've ever had in this regard. Within 20 minutes I've got HUGE smudges under my eyes, and it just continues to fall off until I've finally rubbed the last of it off my under-eye circles :P. It's such a bummer. I've tried using powder to set it, I've tried not putting it on my lower lashes, I've tried all the things. Honestly, writing this, I'm like "why do I even keep trying??"The hunt continues for an eco mascara that WORKS.

had and used W3LL People mascara once before and was very happy with it. ordered another after a few years and discovered it was STINGING my eyes. thru the process of elimination, it wasn’t any other product, but this mascara.the last several months have been a sad and stressful, bringing with it many tears. i thought my eyes were stinging when i cried because how little sleep i was getting. but that want the case when i switched mascaras. turned out it wasn’t the eyeliner, it wasn’t the sleep, it was definitely the mascara. though the stinging is as painful as it is, sadly i’ll use it up because i hate to waste things. it even stings upon application and more so if water of any kind was mixed with it: tears or washing my face before cleanser.the mascara wears nicely though it smudges in my brow bone, it gives good lift to the lashes and isn’t clumpy. (this as well as response from seller w/in 24 hr deemed 2 star).i contacted both Well people and Carbon Beauty. both merely offered a 15% off for my next order.not good enough.poor service.i won’t risk my money on this product line again. :(

Love this mascara. By far the best I have ever purchased. For an all natural mascara, I tend to have lower expectations... but this product just rocks? Yes it will smudge if you put it on too soon after putting cream on your face. But if you are more fastidious about when and how you put it on, it will go on easy, cover your lashes with color, add any needed curl and give them just enough boost to stand out but not look fake. I usually pat a little powder on my lashes and yes before adding mascara and that seems to help (with many types of non water proof mascaras and liners)I found it lasted all day and when I replied at night, it was easy to go right over the old mascara without clumping AT ALL. You need quite a few applications, for a more dramatic look, but it lasts all night long and is even a bit difficult to remove, even though it is not waterproof and oil based or cream cleanser is best for removal.. I also found that it did not appear to damage my lashes, they remained thick and full without chunks of loss (which seems to occur with almost every other mascara). The product did not bother my eyes, bits did not find their way under or onto my contact lenses and.. well really, I could continue to rave about it. It even lasted an exceptionally long time.
