The best I could find so far.
I have been taking Harmony for about 2 years now. I tried several other products for menopause relief, and though I still suffer from daily hot flashes, Harmony has been the best product I have been able to find so far. I stopped one time and tried another product, and the hot flashes came back with a vengeance! I went back to Harmony - it did take a couple of months to work again - and it brought me back to manageable days.

Don’t bother
This product was a waste of money, noticed NO difference after completing one bottle. Will not buy again. Natural is great for some things, not in this case

Beware of ingredients
This product did relive me of hot flashes BUT, it elevated my blood pressure to a dangerous level had to stop taking it.

HAVE BEEN TAKING THESE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND IS NOT SEEING ANY CHANGE...THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE WJICH I DID NOT MIND IF THEY MADE A DIFFERENCE....WILL BE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE

Hot flashes be gone!
This is the only product I’ve found that actually eliminates my “global warming “ as I call my hot flashes.Have been using it for almost two years.Amazing!!
