Unfortunately you can only cut up to 1 inch pvc pipe if you try to cut a pipe that's more then that it breaks the pipe... bit it works fine for up to 1. 🙂

Good value. But the sheer size makes them hard to use with one hand. Way bigger than I thought they were

I had to use both hands to get through some 2" dwv pvc. Also make sure you know how to open it: You have to pull the handles outward to reset the cutter. I don't need to use these very often so if there are large cutters that are easier to ratchet but cost more, I'm still happy with my choice of these ones.

Made short work of the pex supply tubing but was difficult to get a straight cut on the 2" pvc pipe. They did make a smooth cut on both though.

Works like 3 times then blade won't hold a straight line almost a 1/4 inch off ir more. No wonder the 30 day guarantee.

The size is correct and the quality isn't bad, but it was definitely engineered in a cheaper manner than reputable manufacturers, but it gets the job done. The ratcheting feature isn't perfect and it is sometimes necessary to reposition the blade. The handles are also quite tough to squeeze. A decent tool for someone on a budget for a small project or infrequent use.

The cutter works well and cuts through a variety of pvc diameters.Robust solid build - feels like it will last for years.It is nice to buy something and receive exactly what is advertised.
