Contains some general information about Mini-Aussies, but felt more like a book for kids or first-time dog owners. I needed more depth and detail. Wish I'd just bought a used version for 3 dollars, rather than a new one for 16.99 and added shipping. Live and learn, eh?

Be honest I bought this for my wife Rasheed bought this dog I haven't read the book but my wife said it was very informative helped her to learn about facts about this breed of dog nutrition needs health needs etc etc

This is an enjoyable and easy read, with great information on the Mini Aussie Shepherd. Being quite new to the breed, I learned a lot from this book, not only about Mini Aussies, but also about dog training in general. Tim is clearly a well-informed dog lover with close ties to veterinary information, and has the Mini Aussie's best interest at heart. Recommended read for all dog lovers/owners.

I felt like it had good information on the breed history, but I wish it went into greater depth on breed specific behaviors and SPECIFIC suggestions on how to train a mini-aussie to have a job. Saying "this dog needs a job" isn't enough - what are some options? how do you start? I feel like most places give that advice but never go into what that job could be (other than obvious herding of sheep) and how to get started.Other than the history of the breed, I didn't feel like this book was that specific to the Mini-Aussie and could be applied to most herding or high energy dogs.

Great short little book with tips and tricks about the breed. We were just about to get a mini Aussie and I wanted to know as much as I can about them. This is a great crash course book

Was spot on about most things. My aussie also tried to chew up the book so doubles as a good chew toy apparently.

It gave me some insight on our new puppy. Easy to understand for my 11 year old and what the puppy needs.

Everything I needed to know when I brought home my Aussie puppy! I still reference it every once and a while.
