This is my second order & have been taking Moringa for a good few weeks. I struggle with rheumatoid arthritis, plus complications but I do not take any orthodox medications. I have found Moringa the most beneficial thing I have done in years. Inflammation is definately reduced, I am sleeping peacefully and have more energy these days. I also have noticed better joint flexibility. I started with 1 capsule a day for 3 weeks, then increased to 2/day and now am taking 3/day & no untoward side-effects (real bonus)!Can only report benefits. It's worth an internet check on various sites to see the benefits etc. as can help on so many levels.

Way back home, moringa used by most of breastfeeding mums as galactagogue. It helps boost milk production whilst exclusively breastfeeding or expressing. It also has lots of good stuff (vitamins and minerals). That's why it's one of my go to supplement aside from fenugreek to help me with my breastfeeding journey.

I love the product and it has helped with my joint pain!Personally, I would wish the dose was higher, as I take around 3-4 capsules at once. I also like breaking them and putting them in a mug to make tea!

Meant to be especially good for men so i thought i would give it a go, just started taking so no judgement on effects, but i shop a lot with thus company and find them hopefully an honest customer based, value for money, especially their promotions outfit so ill definitely shop again .

An easy way to take Moringa. The powder good for adding to smoothies or flavouring food dishes, but not that great to take with water, taste not nice to me anyway. Capsules straightforward with no aftertaste. Could still break one up to use in stews or soup, etc.. Benefits of Moringa well documented, personally I and my wife been taking for a couple of years and feel it's beneficial.

Brought these as am going through the menopause I have terrible pains in all of my joints especially my feet and I have severe arthritis in both my knees so thought these might help with my joints haven't noticed any difference still in pain so not sure they are actually making any difference but they are easy to swallo.w

As usual fantastic product. I have used this company for years they are a brilliant company top quality product and great customer service. I have so many of their supplements I would only shop for my vitamins here and I now get them for my mum as well who loves them. Definitely feel the benefit.
