Houghton Mifflin Jew-Ish: A Cookbook: Reinvented Recipes from a Modern Mensch

The most gorgeous book inside with amazing photos and recipes... but very disappointed with how the outer case has arrived. The cover isn’t attached properly and is damaged, and the inside pages are coming apart straight out of the delivery box. Quite upset as I’ve waited months after the original pre order delivery date to receive it !

I highly recommend this book! There’s more than just recipes. The photos are beautifully done. Teaches you a lot :)

Love that there's a photo of each recipe. Lots of great ones. Will try almost every one of them. Easy to follow. Not too many ingredients.

This book is wonderful! My husband is part Jewish and this does such a nice job of explaining some of the cultural aspects as well as the food. The recipes are wonderful and easy to follow!

Ein sehr schönes Buch, das gute Rezepte anbietet und angenehme Atmosphäre vermittelt. Jede/r kann für sich etwas Besonderes entdecken, denn das kulinarische Spektrum ist in diesem Buch sehr breit.
