The product itself seems decent enough. The packaging wasn’t enough to protect it from the driver who threw it onto my front porch. One of the corners got bent. Either that or I got a bad one from the factory.

Realized I needed this tool to go with my new griddle. Was packaged well with no damage. Yet upon taking the item out of it's box I saw that the edge was damaged as if the item had been dropped before packaging. There was no way it could have occurred after being boxed. This damage made one side unusable. I didn't want to send it back so I set it on my garage concrete floor and hammered the damaged edge back to being flat. No way this item should have made it into the box but considering the place of manufacture it figured. If Blackstone wants a run at 'W' then they need to up their game.

They sent me a used scraper. I'd love to be in the meeting where it was decided that sending out used, dirty scrapers to people was considered a good idea. What is wrong with people? Who knows what diseases are on it.
