Josh, The Descaling Solution came today, and I've used it to advantage. I tried vinegar a couple mos. ago, and even though we use the Keurig rarely (3 - 4x/weekly), the banging of the heating coil in the water reservoir returned prematurely. Your product quieted all noise down asap, and I'm glad you mentioned the bubbles in the rinsing process, cuz that's what hinted to me that all was well and safe to drink without scarring my esophagus. So I ordered this item quickly based on the positive reviews, and it looks like the majority of people received their product for free, so i'm not sure how truly biased or unbiased the reviews are. I will update my review later, but so far i'm on rinsing through at least 10 reservoirs of water and i cannot get rid of the soapy strong smell in the machine. I followed the directions, and they state to only rinse with 2-3 reservoirs. I'll update my review later on the performance of my machine after descaling, but i'll probably purchase something else to try. Its unfortunate because i'm now stuck with 15 oz left to use and it takes so much effort to get rid of the smell :/ I did not receive this product for free.

This product was less expensive and did a fabulous job. The company really went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I will be ordering from them again when this bottle runs out!

Good stuff! I have a coffee machine that had some pretty gnarley buildup and needed to descale it. Usually, I go with the vinegar method, since it clears things up, but this time, I wanted to try using something a little stronger. Enter this solution. It worked quite well! The tube that water shoots up to hit the coffee was a little clogged, but after this? No more!It works. I had to run water through a few more times than expected, but it was cleaned eventually.
