Works like a champ! If you've been too busy to treat your gear with the deFUNKit Permanent Odor Control, than this will do the trick. I can't stand the flowery perfumes, they give me a headache. This is a mild peppermint smell, and it is fantastic!! I've used it in my shoes several times, and on my iphone workout band a ton(cuz I always forget to throw it in the wash), and it is awesome. Instant odor elimination.

Has a nice, minty odor that overpowers most funk. Requires fairly frequent reapplication (ie. frequently worn boots) if you want the funk tamed. Better than Febreeeze which loses its scent masking ability when wetted.

Has a pleasant enough peppermint smell, but it fades quickly and hasn’t had any lasting impact on my backpack, despite giving it a spray-down after each use for 5 months.

this is A++++ product. For heavy odor & first time use I used 20 sprays. But if I keep using iy I can get by with less sprays.I love the scent because it is not over powering.

The solution itself worked great, but the spray pump broke after 3 uses so I'm no longer able to use it. Would love a refund or replacement but the item is no longer eligible for one. Shame.
