I've been using this product for the last 2 years so here's a review,The product just works okayish, it's accuracy is questionable since you'll see a difference in weight if you try multiple times. It has amazing battery backup though.Initially, the phone sync was seamless, I open the app, and click on the scale and it would just connect. But, after a few months and app updates that was gone, the connection got painful, I'd to close the app multiple times to get it to work, but it was manageable.From last few months, the connection just doesn't happen at all, the app stays stuck at connecting and nothing happens, so I reached out to their support team, which is when i realized they have much more pathetic support than their tech stack. I have been following up with them since last 2 months and there's no help or resolution on this bug, their email team says talk to whatsapp, the whatsapp team doesn't respond at all, the helpline team says they will raise it but they won't give you a ticket number or anything. You will not receive any update from them for the next few days, which is when you reach out to them and same steps repeated, they'll ask the same details again, give you the same timeline again and asks you to be patient for 48 hours or so. They are doing this for the last 2 months with me.Never going to recommend this product or any of the company's product ever again.I've a very carefully kept scale that is no longer usable coz their app doesn't connect. Waste of resources, time and money

Review after 6 months of usage for Dr Trust Smart Scale, Model 509. I was looking to buy MI smart scale. But as was continuously out of stock, went for this one. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend the product. There are many Dr Trust models. So pls be sure which model you select. Have attached some snaps. Paid around 1700 without any offer.Pros:1) We can store historic data of weight, BMI, Fat, etc and lot of other parameters. If you want to track these parameters over a period of time it becomes very easy.2) Surprised that app was easy to install and use (Have attached some screenshots)3) Price is reasonable for smart scale (though not very cheap)4) No issues seen since last 6 months. Accuracy is good.5) Lightweight6) Could charge with USB type charger. Backup time is also very good(Few months). There is no way to change the lithium battery. So the life of the scale would be the life of the battery. This would perhaps be the only disadvantage of this scale.(Compared to AAA replaceable battery based scales)Cons:1) Could not find anything greatly negativeOther tips and Usage:1) We need to keep our legs completely on all electrodes. Specially on the back electrodes. If not the results might vary. This is also given in usage manual2) Our weight varies by a kg depending on time of checking. For consistency check at same time (Example: After dinner)

Good quality and use for daily

Weighing Scal is pretty good as per the description it's mentioned it contains cable and weighing machine but upon opening no cable was there. My friend also ordered the same and cable was missing. Secondly I received it late as per the expected time 2 days late.. Upon receiving I didn't returned back as I have a charger cable which can connect to it. Also in returning it would take time so why to take hassle.
