Only star is for decent customer service
Product charged with all ports but did not quick charge. Contacted manufacturer and was told was most likely a defective unit and to initiate a return through amazon. Not very helpful but not horrible either. Also, it appears the majority of reviews on this products page are from users that have received this unit for free.

Quick charge......and product life.
Stopped Quick (Fast) charging after a month. Seems to be overheating with just a single device plugged in.

It seemed great at first but lasted less than a month before it went completely dead. I returned it to Amazon for a prompt refund.

Not extreme, but supports sufficiently fast charging speed.... Therefore, very useful charger for me..
This surface has the brushed metal (personally very satisfying about it. It seems to be very strong in scratch)The weights is not too heavy...And USB ports fit slightly tight but no convenience to use...I tested charging speed of QC3.0 port using my Samsung Note4 that supports Quick Charge 2.0 but not Quick Charge 3.0First of all, I completely ran down a battery of my device (0% of charge) - Charging to 50% takes about 35 minutes. - Charging to 80% takes about 1 hour (from 0% of charge) - Charging to 100% tabkes about 2 hours (from 0% of charge)Consequentially, the initial charging speed is very fast, but slowed down gradually...Especially, it takes an hour to charge the final 20% (80% -> 100%)However my device does not support QC3.0 tech... and I did not use the original charging cable of my stuff..So I am so satisfied with this result...Also this product has 6-port (2-port for QC3.0)... and supports "SMART CHARGING TECHNOLOGY", etcI strongly recommend it.

If you have multiple, portable devices you will appreciate this device!
This is a gift for my youngest daughter and it will be so helpful for charging her phone, tablet, etc. It also automatically identifies devices and offers the fastest available charging speed. As well, it has built-in safeguards to protect against over-current, overcharging and overheating, which when charging multiple devices is so important.A VERY handy and useful device in this age of multiple portable devices!I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.
