I love this. I bought it to replace an off-brand stick vacuum that stopped charging. I wish I had found this one originally. It charges quickly and lasts a very long time. When it turns to red indicating the battery is about to die it last for what feels like an eternity. I used to try to run the battery out but now I know it will last several more uses. When I say that I should mention I use this to clean up quick messes, not to vacuum and entire floor. I use it on floors (hard floors as well as carpeted), stairs and furniture and it works great on all. It's fairly light weight and hangs easily on the wall. Easy to empty and take apart to clean.

I love this! Itakes picking up all the hair off the tile in our AirBnB so much easier! It also helps with getting under the bed, and I love that it can eetach into a smaller unit for hard-to-reach spaces. Just wish the charge lasted a little longer (but I usually use it in the boost mode)

So i never write reviews but i was upset this product broke down way to soon and felt the need to post my experience so others do not go through the same and waste money. I bought this vacuum in november 2021 and initially it was a pretty decent vacuum at least for what i needed it for. When i first bought it i loved it, the suction was nice and it was light and easy to maneuver. The size was perfect for storing doesn’t take up much space and loved that it was cordless. We are now in april 2022 and its been about six months and it no longer works, it turns on for about a minute and gets really hot and shuts off. Mind you i dont use it for long periods of time or large areas of the house i specifically bought it to vacuum a 9x10 area rug in my living room which i vacuum about once a day or every other day and thats about all i use it for so i feel it should have lasted much longer than it did, im honestly pretty disappointed it broke down so soon, Im outside the return window so i pretty much just wasted my money. I had originally planned to purchase a dyson but decided against it because they are on the more expensive side and like i mentioned before i only needed it for the one area rug so i optioned for this one, that was my mistake now i have to buy another vacuum so in reality im gonna end up spending more than if i had just bought the dyson in the first place, all in all i would not purchase again and i would not recomend.

Mine was charged and I just had to connect the pieces and it was ready to go.I love how small and how much it DOESN’T weigh. It’s really easy to handle and maneuver around furniture and corners.It’s great on the carpet but on the floor it may still need a little more suction. It will pick up a lot of dust and bigger stuff, but I’d have to sweep and mop to get all the little dust off the floors. So no biggie!I did struggle a little with the dust cup. It was suctioned and stuck. Had to open the filter area and push out the lid. Struggled a little but got it open and didn’t break anything.So, I’ll keep “playing” with it and if there is anything I see I’ll update.Another thing I wanted to point out. The comment from that person with the napkin in the dust cup, you are able to open the filter compartment and pull out that part to have more access to the dust cup itself.I added a video. The playback was a little weird. But I disassembled and assembled it so you can see. Hope that helps.

I liked the vacuum for our home, it worked good. We kept it hung up and followed directions to clean it. I only had this product for a few months before it stopped working. My husband requested a replacent He received the shipping label and returned the product. We never received a emplacement or credit. My husband passed away a few months ago. His phone was lost.I no longer have access to his email to find out anything. This is the first time I've tried to follow up on this, since he died

Okay, so I will start by saying that I live in a two story 2300 sq ft house with a dog, cat, toddler and my husband. I have a Dyson canister vacuum that I bought a year ago and it is just too cumbersome to drag up and down the stairs. I was looking for a cordless stick vacuum that I could easily use for crumbs or carpet or hardwood daily, because I am a neat freak. The worse thing about hardwood is feeling every little crumb or piece of debris under foot. I didn’t want to spend another $500 on a Dyson or $300 on a shark. But I was also concerned about some of the fake reviews that run rampant on Amazon. So I decided based on reviews that for price and brand recognition, this was my best bet and I was not disappointed.Pros:•Cute! This vacuum is so cute. I love the design and the battery indicator light.•Lightweight! Wow, it’s extremely lightweight. I can maneuver with 1 hand. Easily do my stairs, whip it out to blast some crumbs quickly and vacuum my entire home without feeling fatigued.•Great on hardwood! It does a great job with debris on hardwood. Gets everything up in one pass.•Great maneuverability! The head fits under my couch, fits on my stairs, fits under my bed and nightstand easily. It’s amazing and getting aroundCons:•Battery Life: now this is sort of a con but not really. Most of these vacuums do not have more than 40 minutes on a full charge. But I did run out of battery power right before I finished vacuuming every room in my house. The last room it died. I don’t typically use my vacuum in such a way, typically I do one floor at a time. So it really doesn’t impact me enough to regret my purchase or dislike this vacuum. I truly love it.•Canister size: it’s kinda small. I have pets and have to dump it a few times because it does add up quick but if I just do a quick vacuum, it’s fine and doesn’t matter enough to impact my opinion.Note: for hardwood floor I typically use the eco mode but when I get on rugs or carpet I find the higher setting is best.I am totally impressed with this vacuum. I use it daily. If you’re on the fence, buy it!
