I returned it. No instructions on the box, or on the website, which it refers to. There is also no way to tell how much butane is in it. I would have been nice to see instructions or more information about it as I also purchased the incorrect kind of butane.

Bad product. Low and weak flame. I don't suggest buying this product.

The package came without the base in the images. There is a slot for it in the box, but no base. More importantly, it didn't work. The quality of the product looks poor. Some pieces look like cheap plastic. I know that I could probably get a replacement from them, but I'd rather return it and try a better quality torch.

Worked great for a week
Worked great for a week. Sent 2 emails to company, because igniter stopped working. No response. Don't waste your money. Customer service is non-existing!

It's ok but not enough
It has great size but I think it's not good enough to make several creme brûlée for a big family. It gets stuck. For small things it can works maybe.
