Best polenta on the market in the US
The polenta is 100 times better than Bob's or WFM bulk. This is like velvet when it's cooked right. It makes a difference where your corn is grown and where it's milled. I only use this brand ever. You must cook it for an hour with a 5 to 1 ratio for perfection.

Delicious and Smooth!
This is a delicious, smooth polenta. In my opinion it is much tastier than instant polenta brands. It comes very close to the polentas that I had eaten in Northern Italy.
