I mainly bought this product to have a fat that has beef flavor. Where I use this is in 2 places right now. The first is in pho when I make it at home to give it that restaurant mouthfeel. And it works well for that. I regret to say I don't make pho that often because it is very labor intensive.The other place I use this is in making Yorkshire pudding. I had been using ghee and/or duck fat for it and while that worked, the beef tallow took my pudding to a whole new level. This is the fat you put in the hot roasting pan or hot muffin pan before you pour in the Yorkshire pudding batter and bake. You don't need much. Just have enough of the fat to where its more than just a film of oil on the bottom but not so much that its pooling anywhere when you tilt the pan. You get that crispy bottom and airy bread top that is fantastic with gravy poured on at serving time.I am sure there are a lot of other uses for this stuff but it went above and beyond what I needed for my purposes. I highly recommend this product!!

I used it for frying and worked wonderful. However I didn't use soon enough and realized the expiration date had passed before I finished it and could smell the difference.

I cannot say enough of how this has enhanced the flavors and juices when I am smoking a beef brisket or when sizzling up a steak in an old cast iron skillet. This has been a game changer!

I buy this tallow for cooking but also for my face. I mix a little melted tallow with lemon essential oil and apply it to my face after showing or as a moisturizer before applying my makeup. Keeps my skin clear and smooth. Will keep buying.

I've almost went through the whole jar making tallow balms. At first I thought the scent is too strong but it is not. Will buy again in a bigger size.

I make my own body balm with this and I love that there isn’t a beefy smell afterwards! Great quality that I can’t find in stores, other brands are not solid at room temp because they’re mixed with other oils. This is the best quality I’ve found so far.I also use this to cook with and it just boosts the flavor so much. I melt some and drizzle over my fries to bake in and they are crispy and delicious.
