ROY PIE 9 -Royal Industries Pie Pan, 9" Inside Diameter, 1 1/4" Deep, Aluminum, 21 Guage, Commercial Grade

Product is exactly what I needed to replace an ash catcher on a weber jumbo joe grill. Sturdy material, right size and a better shape imo than the original, best of all, 1/2 the price. As for pies, it appears to be a good product, although at 1 1/4” deep OD, seems kind of shallow. The 10” version is 10” diameter ID, 11” ID & the pie base is approximately 8-1/4” OD

These are sturdier than most of the pie pans I've had. However, I recommend that you hand-wash these pans only. I put one in the dishwasher, and it discolored it. It didn't affect the performance of the pan, just the appearance, but if that doesn't bother you, disregard the hand-washing recommendation.I was able to carry a custard filled pie by the edges without the pan sagging or bending, so it should be good for just about any application.

I had hoped this was going to be a sturdy and good pan to be able to bake in with even cooking results and it was that and so much more!!! This product was delivered very fast and was a nice heavy pan. I use these pans a recent pie order and was very impressed not only how the pies baked in these but also very happy with the size and durability of this pan. If you want a pan to impress your customers this is the one. I included the price of them in the price of our pies and because they are a great bargain it did not detour away from the sale. Plus the customer gets a nice gift at the end a pan that will last them for years to come. reusable for the consumer - great for me who wants to impress not only by taste but by presentation and great for the customer since they can take the pie to where ever and not worry about cutting through the cheap pans at a get together and also a pan they can use over again. Truly a win win

It is sturdy and a really nice size. I think it will be just what I need.

Arrived with rim folded. Very flimsy pan, can be easily dented. Will use for plant plate.

Good quality, larger than the normal size pie pan.

Been searching for new 10" pan .. works well, gives a good crisp crust.
