I never write reviews but this tool is just fantastic, I had to write one. I was using a manual snake for years, decent quality one, but it was always a pain to use. I had a clogged utility sink, tried my manual snake 20 feet in and I got a nick in the wire. I could not believe how easy it is to snake out a pipe with this tool. Its close to effort less. The actual wire seems to be better than the one that came with my manual snake. It took maybe 10 minutes to get the utility sink unclogged. I can't speak to the longevity of the tool but so far it looks like a solid product.

Excellent unit for projects around the house. I was tired of paying a profession plumber/rodder everytime I needed my laundry drain rodded out so I decided to give this drain auger a try. I made an excellent choice, this product works wonders on several of my drains wish I would have made this decision years ago, excellent power with a long enough snake 🐍 for most household projects. Would definitely recommend.

Did not get to use the machine as yet but, it is very handy and nice looking.

Let's just say it pulled some gross stuff out of our drains and we're thankful and disgusted! It's cost effective if you don't want to call a plumber every time you need a drain snaked.

It’s a good tool but you can’t get a battery for it through in the garbage.

Cable broke off inside the housing during the second use. Documentation provided does not seem to match the unit in terms of repairing the item. Neither the provided documentation nor the item description on Amazon gives a way to contact either the vendor or the manufacturer. Amazon has accepted the return.
