REALLY bad instructions - beware
The instructions for this are probably the worst I have seen. They go into great detail about how to screw the feet in (the easiest part) then offer no guidance for building the actual frame. Nothing is labeled and there is no mention of the individual pieces that this ships with.Honestly, I was hesitant to buy this because there were so few reviews. The fact only one person here vaguely touched on these instructions makes me suspect one of two things: 1) The instructions I got were subpar and there are better ones out there (I'll reach out to the seller in hopes thats true) or 2) The reviews are fake.I hope it's 1) but time will tell.

Quite pleased
House is circa 1885 and not one floor is level. Previously had old mattress and foundation on blocks but that was a huge pain. Arrived on time however was delivered with incorrect feet (non-adjustable slides instead of the adjustable legs). Unfortunately this was discovered only after we started putting the frame together to support our new Casper mattress and foundation. Called manufacturer and was told they would expedite the correct legs to be received on Monday or Tuesday (called them on Friday eve). Legs didn't show up until Thursday so deducting one star for that reason. That said, this bedframe does the job and we are quite pleased with it.

Good solution for uneven floors
So far so good! We have very uneven floors and this is the solution I found. Was a little bit of a project to put together just to level it all out, but that was more about our floors than the frame. I think it's the best solution we could have found.

Great for a warped floor
We could feel that the floor was warped, but it was not apparent how badly until I installed the hospitality bed frame. The legs have several inches of adjustment and I used much of it.The instructions were for a different kind of bed; the levels were just added to another kind of frame. This resulted in left over non applicable parts. We finally figured out how to assemble it by reference to the photograph of it on Amazon.
