It takes the one water supply and splits it into two. I'm not sure what kind of mad sorcery is behind its design.

I looove this splitter, my husband and I dont have to fight to play with the hose lol. It works really good and it is well made, you can close either one when you only need one open. Pretty cool.

Love this product! I can actually run two sprinklers off one faucet, which makes my life so much easier. Water my yard in half the time! There is no pressure loos between the two , they run as if hooked directly to the faucet.

First time buying and using this Hose Splitter. It is heavy duty and the splitter valves work easily.Tested it for the first time today - and it is very easy to attach and use. Very pleased with the quality and value!

I purchased one of these water splitters last year - good quality. Ordered another one and it leaks... :-(

The levers work great but the plastic connections are not as strong as I expected.

A real good product. good quality and well-made. Operates much smoother than the solid brass model.
