This is an excellent pan. I bought it because I wanted to try a recipe from the NY Times for a skillet peach pie. I had just put in a glass topped range and couldn't use my cast iron pans for fear of scratching the surface. I ordered this because it was safe for the top and in the oven. It worked perfectly. It is also very easy to clean, and doesn't have the rivets for the handle that tend to get caked with scrambled eggs, etc.

Hi, I usually don't like doing reviews but after i bought this and used it only once in the oven , the handle cracked . Very disappointed with the product . Won't recommend it
