I'm pleased with this balance board. It's lightweight yet seems sturdy, and because it's wood, I can replace the wobble pivot myself when it finally breaks in (I would estimate) 30 years. This seems like a buy it for life purchase, and I'm happy with it.The degree of wobble (23 degrees, I believe?) concerned me at first because I've previously used BOSU's half-bubble model (flipped upside down so as to balance on the bubble itself). In practice, I realized I don't need to heel 30 degrees if my goal is to stay level. This model gets top marks for degree of wobble.I selected this product over BOSU's and the imported plastic models because it seems more durable, can be repaired at home because it's wood, and it's decently priced (about $20 when I purchased). Nicely done, Yogree, I'm recommending you to my friends and family.

Excellent to improve one's balance. I weight 240 and this board works fine for me.About 5 months of regular use and this board is really improving my balance at age 73. It has held up well and still looks like new. I would recommend it to others who want to improve their balance. I do suggest using it in a hall way until you get used to it as until your balance improves through use, it can be unstable. So have a place where you can get hand support if you need it. I no longer need it.

Works great, it really helps. The same paper like material has held up well over time and I have zero problems with the construction. I personally wish it was a bit wider for my stance but I got exactly what I paid for and how it was described.

I got this on sale for about $15 so figured it was worth trying! Got it more as a toy for the kids ( ages 7-12) as I thought it would be a good way to add some fun exercise but wasn't sure they would like it. They all LOVE IT! It has taken some time and work for them to manage to balance but they love working at it. Sturdy enough for both my husband and I to use, had people over 300lb on it before and holding up good so far. Usually used on carpet but never had trouble with it slipping on hard floors.

This is great for developing balance, just what I was looking for. Overall very sturdy. My only negative was it arrived with the black top layer peeling back. I think it was just packed up against the box which made it wrinkle and peel back. A quick repair with Gorilla Glue solved the problem. Has worked well for me.

This thing is loads of fun at work at a standing desk. While you’re semi-supporting yourself with your hands on a keyboard/desk, it’s still very entertaining and can definitely feel some feet and leg muscles at work. It’s also nice for raising your feet slightly under your desk while sitting. The durability is great, feels very solid and the grip tape feels like a skateboard. Affordable option for those bored of standing still all day!

It’s a solid piece, but when I opened the box the gripping paper on the wood was already mostly peeled off.

I bought this to practice balance and strengthen those muscles for an upcoming mountaineering trip. I love this thing! So much fun and helps your balance, core and ankles out a lot. It's fun to see how long you can balance, or try to squat and stand up without loosing your balance. Also a lot of fun to pretend your ripping a wave while balancing. Great addition to a home gym or by itself, either way it's a lot of fun. I strongly recommend it for anyone who wants to be able to maintain strength, balance and flexibility even with a desk job.
