I bought this case a few months, due to user error the stand broke off. I decided to but the product again. First thing I noticed is the eye catching packaging, dozen of time better than I remember. As you can see when compared to the old case there are dozen of scratches, each scratch represents the fortitude of the case to protect my phone. I have dropped my phone from several feet, on various terrains and even dropped it when riding my bicycle. Will definitely keep buying from this company.

Dislikes😱 if something hits your screen when it falls this case will be of no help. But I knew I wasn't getting a 360 degree protecting when I ordered this case. It will handle reasonable drops the shock protection isn't as good. Likes. The ring on the back is part of the case. You do not need to worry about the phone falling out of your hand or the ring breaking. It seems nearly impossible to drop with your finger in the ring. The ring stays in the position you put it in a sturdy kick stand for watching a video. The door that protects your camera stays shut and will stay shut untill you slide it over. For the price. You can not beat this case. And I have went through 2 dozen cases over the years. Few are as hard on a phone as I am. Because I work in extreme conditions and have to carry a phone. I would recommend it.

I had bought this and have loved the durability of this case. That being said, I give this review 3 stars due to the handle stopped working 2 months ago... so the handle lasted a good 4 months.The case is amazing tho.

I purchased this product because it has a cover for the camera lenses. I wish more case designers would incorporate protection like this.Overall, the case does it's job well. I've bumped the phone and dropped it short distances and have not had any problems there.The kickstand, however, is rather annoying.The copper center post is rather tall, so it is constantly in contact with surfaces. It did not take long for the paint/coating to wear off.When you lay the phone down on it's back, the post is the main contact point with the table or surface. Being copper, it is abrasive enough to damage table tops, car center consoles and the like. I placed a folded up cloth on my nightstand to protect it.The post also makes the phone lean so that the top of the phone is lower than the bottom.The copper kickstand also blocks the field charging capability of the Samsung phone.After 3 months of use, I removed the kickstand.Now the phone lays relatively flat, does not cause damage to the surfaces it is laying on and will accept field charging without issue.

FOR: Samsung S21 UltraI don't usually give all-out raving reviews, but I genuinely love this case! Think about it - for many of us, it's something we use every day, throughout the day. Quality and user experience matters to me when it's something I use frequently. I do a lot of outdoor/wilderness activities, and this case has held up perfectly. It has more features and much better materials and construction than I've had on previous cases, including very expensive Pelican and Otter Box cases (nothing wrong with those, but this one is better, really). It's not quite perfect (yet), but it's almost there...PROS: Rugged, but not bulky; Sliding *metal* camera cover; adjustable, *metal* fold-out ring/stand for comfortable holding/easy watching; fits perfectly on my phone; screen-protector friendly; surprisingly slim profile.CONS: NONE! (Seriously.)There isn't anything wrong with this case, but I do have a few suggestions for future improvements to make daily use even better: 1. Add a tactile feature to the power button to make it easier to differentiate between it and the volume keys (raised bump, indent, etc.). 2. Increase the notches along the edges of the camera cover to make it faster and easier to grip and slide. 3. Add a power port cover to protect it from water. (Yes, the phone is waterproof, but you can't charge via cable unless the port is dry.) 4. Wish List Bonus: Add a quality holster. When I'm out hiking or on duty, it would be great to have quick and easy access to my phone, without having to always keep it in my pocket, or dig for it in my pack.In summary, you can tell a great deal of thought went into this design. I highly recommend it.To the designers - thank you for making such an awesome case! Keep up the great work!

Every 4-5 months you have to change this. The ring in the back will lose its tightness in couple months and cannot use.

This is probably the best phone case I have ever had. There is nothing negative to say. The only downside is; I've ordered the waterproof version to find it left San Bernadino, CA several days ago.UPDATE: I finally received the water proof case, it's more than twice the cost and half the quality, shame on Cloud Valley. Its in the post as inadequate quality.

The buttons on the case do not line up with the buttons on the phone so unusable

Very good quality case.Sturdy and and ergonomic.Lens protector is a handy feature.The 360 ring/grip is made of a steel so unlikely to break like to one on my first case. Its a good purchase.

Great item

Looks better in pics than real life. Fit for purpose, easily held, looks strong enough but could be made of a more shock absorbing material.
