Q: How easy is the lid to clean. These lids tend to not come apart and build up with moisture/mold over time

I just run water in the small opening but it doesn’t come apart. The carafe doesn’t keep things hot very long at all

Hi,if you cleaning it, please wipe with a soft cloth that won't damage the color on the outside.

Yes, but the top and handle are plastic but high quality and looks like steel.

Q: Can you purchase a replacement lid? Carafe is great - lid broke today and I would like to purchase a replacement.

I really Don't know. If that would happen to me, I would contact; Haosend and ask if they sell replacement lids for the 64oz Thermal Carafes. Hope this helps.
