I had painful arthritis in my hips and these were a godsend. But they came into their own when I recently had hip replacement. They are sturdy with solid materials and very comfortable handles. They don't grip your forearm, like a hospital crutch but they reliably support you just the same. I would recommend them as they are seeing me through recovery.The only flaw is that one is at least 2cm longer than the other! The lower section of the poles is the offending item. Fortunately, in that I vary which side I use each stick, it doesn't seem to matter.

I needed a single crutch due to long term arthritis issue, only having previously been issued with an NHS aid. This product is lightweight, easily adjustable and suits my needs. Happy to recommend!

I love this crutch, by far the most comfortable one I've had in a long time! My arm feels very supported which for me is very important due to my hypermobility, and I have shoulder problems. Its very sturdy and doesn't feel like it will randomly snap, the way you set the hight of it is very clever and feels much safer than an NHS or bog standard crutch. I wouldnt go for any other crutch again. Its also quite a aesthetically pleasing crutch. Overall its a sturdy, comfortable crutch and pretty too. If you callous easily maybe invest in some gel gloves however the handle it quite padded.One very happy customer thank you FDI I will be buying from you again.

Having to change hands for walking stick due to hip problems this helps the weaker hand when walking,would recommend.
