The actual sauce is five star. This stuff is phenomenal. Love it!The shipping.............?Oh, the shipping. Seeing as how I live on the fringes of the modern world (ie., Arizona), I can no longer pop down to the local Asian market and get good stir-fry sauce. So, hello there, World of Online Stir-Fry Sauce ordering! I should've known better.The bottle busted in shipping. I got a call from the post office telling me to "come get [my] leaking box," but asking what was in it, because "dude, it smells delicious" (okay, so they didn't say dude, but they did tell me it smelled great). I race down there, and there it was... in all of itsglory dripping out the side of the Amazon box. Even through the triple-bagging, you could smell it. I knew then that this was what shattered hope smelled like: Garlic and ginger, the promise of a dinner that I would never taste. I fell to my knees and wept......well, almost. Point is, the stuff is good. But wow... don't order it online unless you absolutely have to.

makes noodles taste a lot like those from a Chinese restaurant. I've spent a lot of time trying to find a recipe for Lo Mein noodle sauce and using this along with some dark and light soy and some sesame oil is the closest I've come.

I bought this sauce at BJ's years ago and enjoyed it so much I went back to purchase more and could never find it. My daughter asked me to make her Chicken Chopsuey for her birthday and I had to tell her that until I get back the ginger and garlic sauce I use for my recipe I couldn't make it !! She was so disappointed, I got on Amazon and yes lord u guys had it 🙌. Thanks for helping my daughter celebrate her 30th bday with her favorite dish 👍.

This product should have more information and better up to date experation as the product was purchased in May and the best if used by date is July 2012 as I cook alot with this product the experation date from the products sold should have a longer experation time for use of this product over a period of time other from that this is a great cooking and marinating sauce

It is a good sauce. Liked the flavor, added other things to "spice it up".

I can't believe I actually order my stir fry on amazon! I can't find it anywhere else and it's the one my mother used to use which was always superior to everything else I've ever tried. It takes me back to the good old days. Miss you mom.
