Very nice, easy clean and enjoyed using them

This pan is way better than any cheap, thinner one you might get from a local store. I bought a set of very cheap sheet pans that were much smaller than this one. There were two in a pack for about $3. They would "pop" and bend in the oven while being used, and also became heavily stained and browned in no time. This pan on the other hand, has been lovely. First of all, it is very heavy and does not warp or bend even if you try to bend it with your hands. It feels super sturdy and like it will last forever. It also doesn't "pop" while in use in the oven. And things that I have previously baked on a baking/cookie sheet have turned out slightly better just from using this pan. The fact that it has a raised design in it that elevates the food slightly seems to help with baking and browning.I noticed some reviews that mentioned getting dented pans. Mine was not dented in any way it just had some light marks or scratches at where the corners are. It is a very large pan, and I knew that it would be from reading the description. But seeing it in person makes you realize just how large the half sheet is. I needed to place it inside the refrigerator to let the butter in some biscuits chill before baking and it was a challenge to get it to fit in there. But with the temporary removal of a few items from the fridge, I managed.The rack that comes with it is also very nice and fits just perfectly inside the pan. It is also nice that the rack's lines are close to each other and run in both directions. There is no worries that any food you place on the rack is going to slip or fall through the rack. I have not used the rack in the oven yet but it is nice that it is oven safe along with the pan.Only complaints I have are that it does take some work to clean the pan up. I have had some brown spots where I have had to scrub a good bit to get it clean. It is not super hard but it does take some effort and a scrubbing sponge helps. And I have noticed some cloudiness showing up in the bottom of the pan. I don't know what is causing it. It hasn't affected the pan's use, it just looks a bit odd is all.

I chose the half size without contemplating the dimensions. To me it is full size. But the quality is amazing and I’ll just add it to my kitchen. I then re-ordered the quarter size to get what I wanted in the first place - something that fits in the toaster oven.

I thoroughly enjoy my Nordic Ware Prism Quarter Sheet—no surprise, as Nordic Ware consistently delivers solid products. This sheet holds its structural integrity at high heat, exactly as expected. I chose it over Caraway’s ceramic-coated sheets and USA Pan, though in use I’ve found no real performance difference from USA Pan.I did mistakenly run it through the dishwasher once, which removed the aluminum finish. Fortunately, it didn’t affect safety or performance, but I now hand-wash it to preserve longevity.Overall, it’s an essential piece for both professional and home kitchens. Highly recommended.

Love it! Bakes evenly and great quality!

I ordered this pan and it is great, EXCEPT it is not 13 x 9 inches as advertised. I measured it (interior dimension from the top, standard method) and it is actually 12 x 9 inches. There's no excuse for false advertising, and it makes things unnecessarily difficult to follow a recipe calling for a 13 x 9 inch pan when what you have is 12 x 9. So I do recommend this nicely built pan, but beware it is not 13 x 9 inches.
