Mounted in upper roll bar on an RZR Side x Side for a P5 Nathan Horn Set
The media could not be loaded. I was a bit dubious buying the cheaper train horn valve but this one exceeded my expectations. I use two 5 gallon tanks and 3/4" OD DOT brake tubing to feed the horn through the valve. The system held 145 PSI for 48 hours with zero drop, so the valve is quality with no leaks. Using the 3/4" OD tubing along with this valve at 120 PSI and above will give a quality true train horn sound.Mounting in the RZR ceiling is a bit tight, but once it's clocked and in place it was completely out of the way. Ear protection is required in the Side x Side as the factory Nathan 5 chime horns are about the loudest around. I make the valve, tank and horn mount brackets here with the in-house plasma table. The roll bar bands and mounts for the valve plate and horns are available from Axia Alloys direct or here on Amazon.

Works good, no leaks, only thing I had to do was upgrade the spring in the handle to prevent it from flopping around, other than that great!

Beats having electric solenoid works as a locomotive horn valve.I'm a locomotive engineer same valve on control stand direct bolt up last 50 years just had a new install in F250 forks my Nathan K5LA. Great product and seller
