bit more damage than described

Bought this for my trainer obsessed boyfriend but found myself reading it. A greatest hits of sports shoes that is full of fascinating stories about not just the trainers themselves but the companies and people who made them and the sportsmen who wore them. The politics and battles between the shoe companies (I had no clue Puma and Adidas were started by rival brothers) are even more interesting than the shoes themselves. A great read even if you aren't in to trainers or sport.

neat coffee table book with some great facts and stories. I like this a lot.

Great book along with the history representing each brand. Highly recommend for people who like their trainers.
