Dead on arrival
The jack arrived dead on arrival. Working with Ultra-Fab to fix under warranty. Will update if they are able to help me.Updated: I contacted UltraFab and let them know my issue. They responded and am completely satisfied. Amazing customer service!

10 yr warranty is a great. Jack was sent in and returned in days fully repaired. Great service.
I did not use the remote control unit but relied on the jack keypad to raise and lower. Eventually, the button contacts became unresponsive. Called and they provided a RA#. Turnaround time was very fast. Very pleased and I will rely on the remote control more going forward.

Arrived Used
I needed this jack ASAP, it arrived quickly enough, missing all hardware, paperwork and remote. Then I realized that it had been installed and removed prior to shipment, lead wires were all cut and frayed. Thankfully, I was already in a bad mood when it arrived.
