Silicone Oven Rack Push Puller Green

My husband asked for this tool for our air fryer. It arrived on time. The handle is thick enough for an easy grip. I find it hard to use because I never know which way is up and can’t get the hook out of the rack to get the door closed to not loose all of the heat in the air fryer!

I bought to pull a Rack out of my Omni Plus Air-Frier. I kept burning my hands with mitts and other silicon grabbers. This item isn't made for the very small racks of Air-friers but it still useable. I turned it sideways and it worked very well. I was impressed at how easy it was to use.

It is sometimes difficult to grab the rack but if it keeps me from getting burned, it will do.

I recently purchased a Samsung Flex Duo electric range and I have an issue with getting the rack out of the top section of the oven. In the lower position the rack comes very close to the door when sliding it out. This item seemed like a good solution. I was disappointed to find that the hooks are too closely spaced to fit over the outside edge of the Samsung's grate. The item is not worth returning but if you're willing and able to clamp it up in a vise and start bending the jaws and file rough edges you can make it work for this purpose. The metal jaws are quite heavy gauge but with effort it can be de-burred with a file and the middle jaws bent inward to accommodate the thicker leading edge of the Samsung grate.

Such a convenient tool to have in the kitchen. My last toaster oven had something similar to it, but my new one didn’t come with one. The only downfall would be color. I like things to be all stainless steel or a muted color.

I really like this gadget. I procrastinated buying this for a while thinking I can simply use oven mitts / Ove Glove. Unfortunately, the thumb would always come into contact w/ the food, plus its also somewhat difficult to get a good grasp on the oven trays/racks. This gadget is GREAT and its dishwasher safe!

I bought this for my small Air fryer, but it's too big and can't hold up the tray and basket... I can only use it to pull the tray out from air fryer.
