inspect closely upon receiving!
Package arrived fast but contents slightly broken. Since we have wood glue and all the tools, we will keep it and not bother exchanging... Otherwise very nice product, just as expected. A bit pricey for the material used.

Not well made, poorly packaged and will most likely be broken upon receipt based on my experience with two.
I purchased 2 of these, one box arrived undamaged, the other was damaged and I could see the product slightly cracked through the opening. Upon opening the worst box, the top of the device just came off in my hands. The nails into the particle board just pulled right out. The second, undamaged box I thought would be okay. It wasn't, it was actually worse. The top piece of the product was split entirely through. Not worth the money, I'll look for a better made product or just build one myself.

Great tie organizer
Husband mounted two of these on his side of the closet and they are perfect! Holds lots of ties without wrinkling. Wish they still had them as my son has asked for some, too.

You will need patience
Overall, I’m satisfied with the product. But boy, was it a headache to finally receive this in acceptable condition. I ordered 2 of these. When I tried to pull them out of the box, it immediately came apart, as if they forgot to put glue in the corners. There’s foam corner protectors on each rack, but it obviously didn’t survive being tossed around during shipment. I ended up going through 4 bad tie racks before finally receiving 2 good ones. What should been done in two days took a week and a half to arrive.I wouldn’t say that this is of the highest quality. But good enough I guess. Each cubby hole looks ok, but when you run your finger across it, it’s a little rough, which is snagging my ties while taking them in and out. So you may need to sand it down a little to avoid snags.Hanging it up was a challenge, because the built in mounts are only big enough for a tiny nail head. But because of the weight of this product, you would at least need screws or nails with a larger head to support all the weight. Even just a regular screw head won’t fit inside the mount. I ended up having to drill screws through the sides of the rack and into the wall in order to properly fasten it to the wall. Fortunately, in my closet, you can’t really see the sides, so it’s hidden. I’m sure there’s a more proper way to fasten it, but this product doesn’t give you great options for it.Considering the materials that make up this rack, it seems way overpriced. But since I couldn’t find any other product to compare with this online, I didn’t have much of a choice.Overall, it looks good in my closet and fulfills it’s purpose, but don’t expect to have a perfect experience ordering and installing this product.

Beautiful design and plenty big for each tie
Beautiful design and plenty big for each tie. Item came with a fracture in the wood so seller sent another (replacement also had a few cracks but should not impact usability). Looks great and easy mounting

Poor quality product and expensive
Very poor production quality with a lot of defects. Didn’t bring the accessories to install. The hanger broke at the first intent, the screws were rusted.

I love this for him!
I got this for my special friend for Christmas. It came undamaged and looked exactly like the listed photo. We put one of his ties in to see how it would look, and I loved it! You can hang the frame, or have it sitting on a flat service. Great looking organizer!

So far no good, arrived in a box in great condition. Product was chipped on edges, cracking in corners and one end was completely loose. Reordered in hopes the next one comes in okay. Thank goodness for free returns.Update: Second one was worse... piece of crap and not worth any amount of money.Pictures are from the first order. Second box was as bad or worse. Look elsewhere
