COMSUN Steel Tip Darts

If you need a bunch of darts, this set is well worth the six bucks I paid for them.I got a good deal here on a dart board that I wanted to give as a work Christmas gift exchange gift, but it didn't include any darts with the board. I felt weird giving a dart board with no darts, and these came in right at the remaining price target. I figure the recipient of the board will play a few games with these darts, and then if they like playing darts, they'll buy their own set of decent darts. They are bulk packaged, so I threw half the set in with the dart board, and kept the other 6 to use as guest darts at my place.The Darts:The shafts are normal plastic shafts. It's nice that they include some spares, because they don't last if another dart works its way into the back on one.The flights are actually very high quality - some of the best flights I've ever used. They are very durably constructed, not too heavy, aerodynamic, and the printing is high quality. I like the flag prints, and the nationalities represented. I would pay the full price of this item just for the flights. In fact, I might do that just to get another set.The barrels are terrible - the worst I have ever used. First of all, they are neither brass, nor 18 grams as the description claims. I weighed them at 16.0 grams, and a magnet sticks to them powerfully, indicating they are actually plated steel. If you like light darts, and you don't intend to leave them outdoors, there's nothing wrong with those traits, I suppose. The knurling is pretty smooth, which is not what I look for in a dart either.They'll do the job if they're the only darts you have, but I would not buy them with the intention of using for myself. This set was perfect for my purposes, and it would be good if you owned a bar and needed to keep some darts on hand for loaners that you may never see again.

Pieces arrived unassembled which was fine I expected the kids to assemble them but parts didn't match up right screwing parts missing and sizes so could only use some and sharing odd numbers not so good. Espically with different number of flag ornaments on darts

I'm no dart aficionado, but these seem like great quality darts. I purchased them for my hubby as a gift to add to a set that came with the board. Similar to the expensive set, these had solid flight pieces, heavy barrel and shaft pieces, and sharp points. They hold up nicely with use.

Gave it for stars because for the value these are good beginner darts or darts to have on hand for friends and company. Won’t be upset if I break some and they fly ok enough. Happy with my purchase.

The flags fall off once in a while when thrown but that is expected. Other than that they serve the purpose. I would purchase them again. Good product at a great price.

Really heavy! Great quality for price!

Nice weight and fly straight compared to my other darts. I’m a very casual player but these feel like a step up from any other darts I have thrown.

My son gave a set to a German-American friend. He loved the patterns.
